Ball in the vagina?

voila a few months since I have a small “ball” of flesh, hard enough and it swelled, it’s a bit like black blood, the size of a ball just over the vagina. Yesterday in my bathroom that it is drilling a little blood out I did not dare go to see someone can tell me what this might be? thank you
