How do you cook lobster?

Lobsters can be boiled or grilled.
To boil a lobster, fill an 8 quart stockpot
with water and put it on high heat to bring the water to a boil. Hold the lobster by its back and submerge it headfirst in the boiling water, then cover the pot and let it sit for 10 to 18 minutes depending on the size of the lobster.
To grill a lobster, carefully cut open the tails and remove the meat while keeping the meat attached to the narrow part of the tail, then close the tail under the meat and sprinkle with seasonings. Place the tails, meat side down, on a covered grill and cook for 7 minutes or until meat is opaque and cooked thoroughly.
