<p>It is a rare cancer (about 1% of all cancers) but in all countries with a cancer registry and / or testicular tumors, prostate cancer is increasing for several decades [1] and also cancer the most common cancer in men 15 to 35 years.<br />
Both testes are rarely affected simultaneously (1 to 2% of cases), and after recovery from testicular cancer, the risk of developing cancer in the other testicle is 2 to 5% within 25 years [2] .</p>
<p>The chemotherapy platinum salts has since the 1970s dramatically changed the prognosis of this disease, nearly 80% of these cancers are now cured (all stages combined). Successful treatment depends on the type of cancer and quality of care, it justified to send patients to specialized centers.</p>
